Lee Sung Kyung

Lee Sung Kyung was born on August 10, 1990, in Goyang city, South Korea. She’s a talented model, actress, and singer. She graduated from Dongduk Women’s University in 2016. Her journey began when she competed in the local Super Model Contest back in 2008.

Switching gears to acting was a game-changer for Lee. She kicked off her acting career in 2014 with a role in the TV drama It’s Okay, That’s Love, followed by Flower of Queen in 2015. But it wasn’t until 2016 that things really took off for her.

Lee stole the spotlight with her roles in hit series like Cheese in the Trap, The Doctors, and her leading role in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo. Her performance as Cha Eun-jae in the second season of Dr. Romantic in 2020 proved she’s a versatile actress.

Aside from her work in the entertainment industry, Lee is also known for her philanthropic efforts. She’s donated to various causes, including flood victims through the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association. Plus, she’s lending a hand to senior citizens living alone and showing her support for healthcare by donating to Dankook University Hospital.
